# Structured CHANGELOG prototype

`changelog.py` reads Git commit subjects and produces a deterministic Keep-a-Changelog draft. It supports Conventional Commits, scopes, breaking-change markers, revision ranges, deduplication, and file or stdout output. It uses only the Python standard library.

Commercial state: sample only; no outreach sent, no reply received, no order accepted, and no payment verified. Before any commitment, confirm that the issue remains available, that a new submission is allowed, and that its payment rail is receivable.
